At Envirotech FM our technical services model is designed to identify and manage building services engineering risks to protect assets and maintain services for our customers.

We engage early on appointment and during contract to discuss and agree the strategic planning for managing the property and future capital spend requirements. EnvirotechFM offers a combination of directly employed Technicians and third-party specialist contractors.

The planned and reactive maintenance services are coordinated by a dedicated helpdesk and overseen by directly employed, field-based managerial and supervisory staff.

This service provides Planned Maintenance regime linked with accurate asset data, statutory compliance with BI-generated dashboard data, through to upgrade and project services.

Aligned to range of IT based reporting solutions used by EnvirotechFM we combine this with our Energy and Sustainability experts to analyse data and provide solutions to deliver energy savings.
