Supporting Our Local Community for National Food Bank Day

To mark National Food Bank Day on 4th September, the Envirotech FM team were keen to get involved and make an active contribution to this important awareness day, donating a selection of food and essential items to our local food bank.

Our donation was made to the Trussell food bank at Auckland Hall in North Solihull, which provides vital support to people and families within the local community.

Envirotech FM Director Jeff Smith MBA and Customer Service Team Lead Sian Hucker visited Auckland Hall to make the donation in person on behalf of the wider EFM team.

It was fantastic to see many other like-minded local businesses and individuals also getting involved and making their own contributions. National Food Bank Day is an important reminder of the difference that can be made when businesses, communities and individuals come together to support those who may need a helping hand.

Supporting our local communities is an important part of our wider ESG commitments at Envirotech FM. We believe that responsible business goes beyond the services we provide, and we’re proud to encourage our team to get involved with initiatives that have a positive impact in the areas where we live and work.

A big thank you to Jeff, Sian and everyone across the EFM team who contributed to the collection — every donation makes a difference.
