EnvirotechFM Celebrates Dragan Bogzaru’s Promotion to Senior Facilities Manager

EnvirotechFM is delighted to announce the promotion of Dragan Bogzaru MIWFM to Senior Facilities Manager for London, recognising more than four years of commitment, professional development and contribution to the business.

Since joining Envirotech FM, Dragan has continued to develop both his technical knowledge and his experience within facilities management, becoming a highly valued member of the team and demonstrating the professionalism, responsiveness and commitment to service that we expect from our people.

His promotion to Senior FM is the latest milestone in a journey that has seen Dragan continually invest in his own development while taking on increasing levels of responsibility within the business.

One of Dragan's most significant recent achievements was successfully completing the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

Widely recognised as a demanding and respected health and safety qualification, NEBOSH requires a considerable commitment alongside the demands of a full-time FM role. Dragan approached the challenge with the same determination he brings to his day-to-day work and achieved the qualification successfully – something the whole EnvirotechFM team was extremely proud to celebrate.

That achievement followed his Level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management and reflects Dragan's continued commitment to strengthening his knowledge and becoming a more rounded facilities management professional.

Over more than four years with EnvirotechFM, however, Dragan's progression has been about much more than qualifications.

He has continued to grow through practical experience, developing strong relationships with clients, colleagues, contractors and partners while taking greater ownership of the buildings and services under his management.

His promotion to Senior Facilities Manager recognises that progression and the contribution he continues to make as EnvirotechFM grows.

Pinder Singh Hujan, Managing Director of EnvirotechFM, said:

“Dragan's promotion is thoroughly deserved and is a great example of what can be achieved through hard work, commitment and a genuine desire to keep developing.

“I've watched Dragan progress during his four-plus years with Envirotech FM, and what has always impressed me is that he wants to learn and improve. Completing his NEBOSH General Certificate while continuing to deliver in a demanding FM role demonstrated that perfectly – it's not an easy qualification and he put the work in to achieve it.

“We have always believed in investing in our people and giving talented individuals the opportunity to progress within EnvirotechFM. Dragan has taken those opportunities and earned this next step in his career.

“I'm personally very pleased to see him move into the Senior FM role and I'm looking forward to seeing him continue to develop, take on greater responsibility and help support the next generation of our FM team. Congratulations Dragan – very well deserved.”

Dragan's promotion also reflects Envirotech FM's wider commitment to developing and retaining talented people from within the business.

Training and qualifications are an important part of that approach, but equally important is giving people the opportunity to apply what they have learned, take on greater responsibility and build long-term careers within facilities management.

For Dragan, becoming a Senior Facilities Manager represents the next stage of that journey.

From everyone at EnvirotechFM – congratulations Dragan!

A fantastic achievement, thoroughly deserved, and we look forward to seeing what comes next.
