Envirotech FM has entered an exciting new chapter, with the Hujan family completing the buy-out of all remaining shareholders and taking 100% ownership of the business.
The move is a long-term commitment to Envirotech FM’s independence and to providing continued stability for its clients and people.
Managing Director Pinder Singh Hujan has made the company’s future direction clear: ‘Envirotech FM is not being built for sale. Instead, the ambition is to create a sustainable, generational business that can continue to grow while retaining its values, relationships and owner-led approach.
The buy-out was completed amicably and funded from the family’s own resources, demonstrating their confidence in the future of the business.
Remaining independent will allow Envirotech FM to continue investing and growing on its own terms, including considering future acquisitions where they complement the company’s long-term strategy’.
