The challenge
A multi-let City office building where services must satisfy the landlord's asset-management obligations and each occupier's expectation of an uninterrupted working environment.
The EnvirotechFM approach
We carry out the main building planned maintenance on behalf of the managing agent, and separately deliver minor planned maintenance, reactive repairs and project works for the occupiers. That is more than 2,200 jobs since December 2020, typically 300 to 500 a year. Around 70% of recorded work is planned maintenance, 12% planned project works and 18% reactive.
The outcome
One team serving both landlord and occupier needs, with consistent records across both.
